Homayoon Mobaraki is a Swedish film director, producer and designer know for his works Ofödda livsandar (Unborn Souls). He was also founder and producer of Rozhn TV from 2008-2014 where he produced over 100 TV program. He made his directorial debut with the 2019 Mystery/thriller film “Unborn Souls” and in the same year he produced another film “the scar that scares me”. In October 2019 his short film Caught camera was nominates as Award winner.
Unborn souls is Mr Mobaraki’s First Feature film.

Every month, our jury carefully chooses a third to less than half of all the submitted films to be included in the Official Selection, so this truly represents our recognition of the quality of your work.
Bucharest ShortCut Cinefest is a monthly film festival, with monthly screening events. With screenings that take place every month, we organize our events on a less large scale, as managing a monthly film requires constant effort and dedication, in order to keep everything on the right track and to maintain a consistent interest of the public. In consequence, the time frame available for the screenings is about 3 hours, so the jury selects a number of films from the Official Competition (the list of winners and nominees) to be included in the event – the films that are most likely to be screened are the winner and the nominees of the Best Film category.
Also, as part of our Official Selection rewards, we have granted your project with a 3 months Studio Licence (worth 117$) on iPitch Tv.
